Can I buy Christmas gifts in person?

Absolutely!

I'll be doing in person events throughout November and December in Nottingham, Derby and Leeds. See my Events page for full details.

I'll also be hosting open studio sessions (in Newark, Notts) as we get closer to Christmas (see Events page), and you can arrange individual appointments to come and view and buy gifts in November and December. You can also order online and collect directly from my studio.

Can gifts be returned?

They certainly can. If the recipient isn't happy with the gift you bought them, they can exchange it for something else or I can issue a gift card for the value of the original gift.

The usual returns and exchanges policy applies.

I want to buy someone a ring but I don't know their size

If you want to buy someone a ring as a gift without them knowing, you can bring one of the rings they already own to me at an in-person event or my studio (during an open studio session or by appointment). I'll measure the ring so we can make a ring in the same size.

Can I get my gift wrapped?

Not everyone enjoys wrapping presents, but luckily I do! I'd be happy to wrap your gift for you.

Luxury Christmas gift wrapping includes beautiful handmade, hand-printed wrapping paper, ribbon, a hand-printed paper gift bag and handcrafted greetings card for £8. All MALT packaging and wrapping is sustainably sourced and recyclable/compostable.

You can write your own message in the card or I can write a message for you if sending your gift directly to the recipient (just add your message in your basket online, or email me).

Help! I've missed the postage cut-off dates

Don't worry - I might have the item you want, or something similar, already in stock and you can come and collect it up to Christmas Eve.

Can you post my gift directly to the recipient?

Of course! Please let me know in the "Gift note/special instructions" field in your basket that it's a gift (or email me after you've finalised your purchase).

If you've ordered gift wrapping, please let me know via the "Gift note/special instructions" field in your basket what you'd like me to write in the card. Don't worry if you forget – I'll email you to ask.
