Dispatch times
To avoid any waste, every MALT piece is made to order. Once you place your order, I'll get working on making your jewellery and usually dispatch within 7 business days (usually within 2-3 business days if no hallmarking is required). If you would like your jewellery sooner, please contact me.
UK delivery
- All UK delivery is with Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery
- UK delivery is £3.50 or free on orders over £100 and arrives 1-2 days after dispatch
- You will receive your tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email
Returns and exchanges
- If you're not happy with your purchase when it arrives, you have 14 days to return it
- Contact me if you'd like to return an item and let me know if you'd like a refund or an exchange
- The item must be undamaged, in its original condition and in its original packaging
- If you order the wrong size, the item can be returned and exchanged for the correct one. Please try to find the right size before you place your order. See my sizing guides or contact me if you need any help
- You are responsible for the return postage. Please try to use shipping with insurance/compensation so you're covered if something happens to the return parcel
- For exchanges, I will send you a payment link via email for the outgoing postage (£5.19)
- Once I receive your return and have verified everything is in order, your refund or exchange will be processed. You'll get an email to confirm
- For hygiene reasons, I can't accept returned earrings
- Bespoke and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged; however, if further customisation or adjustment is required beyond the scope of the agreed original order, we can discuss this and I will issue a new service order to cover any additional work

Lost/damaged items
- If your item arrives damaged or is otherwise faulty, please contact me here or email me at info@maltjewellery.co.uk. I will cover the costs of return postage and send out a replacement once I receive and have checked the faulty item
- If you suspect your item is lost in transit, please double check your tracking information before contacting me. I will look into tracking down your parcel and, if necessary, send out a replacement
- Please note I cannot offer refunds on items lost in transit, only replacements
International delivery
All international delivery is tracked and signed for. There may be customs duties to pay upon delivery; these vary according to the destination country.
